Dental emergencies can be a major interruption to your life. Even with routine preventive care, a dental emergency can occur.
Your comfort and oral health are as important to us as they are to you. Whether you are an existing or a new patient of the practice, we would be happy to evaluate your dental problem and get you back on track. If you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening emergency, do not try to contact us first. Please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
During business hours, the first step is triaging your issue. An in-person evaluation will be scheduled as soon as possible. Most often, this visit is for an evaluation only. During this visit, we will diagnose the problem, provide treatment options, and answer any questions you have.
In general, we cannot directly schedule patients for treatment based on a phone call alone, since we do not know the details of the treatment needed until the situation has been fully evaluated and planned. In order to provide our patients with quality service, our practice relies on adhering to a planned schedule. This means we are usually working patients into the schedule when dental emergencies arise, and typically do not have sufficient time to provide a quality care solution that same day. That said, there are times when we are available to treat your problem at the time of diagnosis. Whenever this is the case, we will give you the option to pursue treatment at that time if it works for you.
